Environmental Remediation Contractor (ERC) launched in 2011. ERC developed a plan for a culture of quality service and quick-to-market response with low mobilization cost. This is done by approaching each project in a surgical nature with tailored equipment, flexible crew specialties, and project-specific construction means and methods.

We have remained true to our environmentally-focused ideals and have experienced an average growth of over 30 percent annually. We have increased our bonding capacity to $8M single project, $15M aggregate, and have added Emergency Services & Vacuum Trucks to our list of services to provide competent and timely response to our customer’s environmental emergencies.

With decades of experience, ERC helps clients scope out and estimate the cost of a project before it happens, providing a detailed scope of work along with accurate, competitive pricing. This gives the end user accuracy and assurance to cost, approach and time in an already risky situation. Our largest asset is our people and their knowledge and experience, and we sweat the small stuff so that the details of a project get executed with zero incidents to the site, personnel, property or the community.

This saves our clients money and assures them the newest and most appropriate equipment for the scope of work, allowing ERC to be nimble and quick to market. Chris McGovern founded Environmental Remediation Contractor in 2011 and has led it as CEO ever since.

Director of Construction Services.

Nick oversees all phases of construction operations-from planning, budgeting , and estimating to execution and compliance.

Account Manager

Josh has been working in the environmental industry for over 25 years.

Nate runs the Emergency spill cleanup response team and our Environmental Services business unit.
